Orders can be paid in the following ways:
Paypal: Lars Larsen Watches A/S uses a payment gateway from Paypal. All map data is sent encrypted. If we are unable to
deliver the entire order, we can reduce your payment to the new order total. We cannot increase the amount if you want to add one or more product lines.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Stock items are usually sent the day after ordering and arrives within 2-5 working days. But we will strive to send the goods on the same day once the order is confirmed. Payment transactions will be settled by the time of shipment.
If the ordered product is not in stock, we will send message about expected delivery date.
If your order does not include inventory / ordering goods, we will send you a message and expected delivery date and then your order will only be sent when we can make a single delivery, or by appointment. If there are significant discrepancies, the customer must send Lars Larsen’s a message at the latest within 3 working days. If Lars Larsen is not contacted within 3 working days, the order is then considered as properly delivered.
We use door to door delivery, there is a possibility of opting for another delivery address (workplace) in check out.
If your package is not delivered as planned, please contact MyParcel department and inquire. Alternatively, contact directed to our head office and we will be able to help and solve the problem.
Order confirmation: All orders will be confirmed automatically (e-mail) and you will within 24 hours on weekdays, receive an email if there are any problems with delivery. You can always follow your order status with the tracking number that you receive when the order is sent.

If you wish to return/cancel your purchase, please complete our returnform, and send it with the watch back to the main office. You have 14 days to return the goods.
Return goods should be sent in original packaging, and additional protective packing. Your credit minus your original shipping cost will be repatricated as soon as return goods are received. Possible impairment due to use or damage will be deducted in the reimbursement amount.
Shipping cost for the return goods are carried by you. Download and complete our returnform and send it with the watch.
Exchanges: You have 14 days to exchange your goods. You can exchange your watch for another model, colour, etc. You will typically receive the new product within 14 days after receiving your returned goods – depending on availability. The cost of return shipments of this type is your responsibility.
If you exchange to a cheacper product, you will get the refunded amount. All you have to do is fill our exchangeform with all your data.
MAINTENANCE OF YOUR WATCH
Please note that like with any micromechanical precision instrument, Lars Larsen Watches should have regular maintenance. This keeps your watch in perfect working order and makes it last longer. The frequency with which this maintenance work needs to be carried out depends on the model, as well as climatic conditions and the owner’s care of the watch. Therefore we cannot give a specific time interval for servicing. We generally recommend that a complete maintenance service should be carried out every 3 years.
To ensure that the services are performed professionally, you should take your watch to an authorized Larsen Watches retailer.
Water-resistance, basic advice for safeguarding the water-resistance of your watch: The water resistance should be regularly checked i.e every 12 months by an authorized Lars Larsen Watches retailer. You should ensure that the crown, according to the model, is pressed back at all times into position 0, or with a screwed down crown, that it is screwed back carefully, so that water cannot get into the mechanism. During the final check, Larsen watches are checked for water-resistance as marked on the bottom of the back of your watch case, but the water resistance of a watch is not permanent. The water-resistance can be impaired by accidental knocks to the case and crown, as well as natural wear of the internal gaskets.
The degree of water resistance is indicated on the back of the watch case: 3 bar (30 m) 5 bar (50 m) 10 bar (100 m) 15 bar (150 m) 20 bar (200 m) 100 bar (1000 m).
